How to use it?
Step 1
Step 1: For every 1 cup of the khichdi mix, add 2.5 cups of water
Step 2
Step 2: Pressure cook till 3 whistles
Step 3
Step 3: Lower the flame and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes more
Step 4
Step 4: Add salt if needed
Step 5
Step 5: Garnish with fresh corriander and a dollop of pure ghee. Enjoy hot!
