About Raa Foundation
Raa is a community of like-minded individuals that share a passion for holistic health and sustainable nature-based living. Founded by Smt. Radhika Iyer Talati in 2008, Raa’s central aim is to help people instill yogic living in their everyday lives. Raa is a platform to not only explore the richness of the ancient Yoga sutras and Indic rituals, but also apply these principles to modern fast-changing life.

Jaap Mala
This Jaap Mala is a panchmukhi jaap mala, energized through mantra sadhana. Using a jaap mala for your everyday sadhana brings discipline and focus into your mind, establishing a daily spiritual practice. The mala can be used only by one person, do not share. The malas are sourced from the Pashupatinath temple and infused energetically from the temple and by Smt. Radhika Iyer Talati.
Meditation Asana
The meditation asana is a personal tool for spiritual growth. The Asana is energized through mantra sadhana by Smt. Radhika Iyer Talati. It is to be used for a daily meditation practice by one person only. Like the mala, the asan should not be shared between two people. The Asan is made of wool and is handwoven by rural women in Uttarakhand.
Pranayama with Radhika Iyer Talati
Upon popular demand, Smt. Radhika Iyer Talati is teaching a Pranayama class! Radhika has been teaching yoga since 2009. She is well known for her deep knowledge of the yoga sutras and the healing of the body. The Pranayama classes have helped students establish a practice and learn more techniques with wisdom 🧘♀️✨

In an effort to make meditation techniques more accessible and habitual, Raa is conducting free Meditation + Bhagavad Gita sessions every Sunday.
These sessions are led by the founder of Raa, Radhika Ji.
There is only one step you need to take: show up. As you begin attending every Sunday, you will start to experience yourself from a new perspective through the practice of self-awareness.
