Rasam Podi is a mix of traditional spices and lentils that have been traditionally dry roasted and hand crushed. It adds an authentic flavour and earthy aroma to rasam, which is a nutritious lentil preparation.

Rasam is a traditional lentil soup made in the South of India, especially Tamil Nadu. This premix has the right spices in the right proportions to give an authentic taste to rasam. It is made with organic spices that are blended using an heirloom recipe.
This is a unique mix because it is has been premixed in the correct proportion to make cooking fast & easy. These spices have been sundried and handcrushed at our facility.

How To Use
Add 2 spoons of the spice mix while making rasam
Let the rasam cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
