Directions For Use: Dissolve a teaspoon of this powder in warm milk, bring it to a boil. Remove from flame, add some honey and enjoy!

Recommended to be consumed twice a day with milk.

How to use it?

Step 1

Add 1 cup of milk or almond/coconut milk to a kettle and let it heat on a low flame

Step 2

Add 1 spoon of the Svastham powder and let it come to boil

Step 3

Add 1/2 cube of jaggery to sweeten the golden milk (if you prefer)

Step 4

Drink warm, especially at night. You can strain it if you'd like but we recommend drinking it as is.
