Sambhar is a traditional lentil dish made in the South of India, especially Tamil Nadu. This premix has the right spices in the right proportions to give an authentic taste to sambhar. It is made with organic spices that are blended using an heirloom recipe.

This is a unique mix because it is has been premixed in the correct proportion to make cooking fast & easy. These spices have been sundried and handcrushed at our facility.
