Shipping policy

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

•    Orders will be dispatched from our factory within 10 business days of placing the order. Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment through the shipping provider’s latest updates.
•    Orders are typically in transit within India for 5 days.
•    We provide shipping pan India which is done via the following courier partners: Dehlivery, BlueDart, ExpressBee, TrackOn. Please note that these are third party vendors and do not represent Anahata Organic directly. 
•    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on your delivery location & shipment weight & value. 
•    Incase the customer is unable to receive the order, we will reattempt delivery three times. If the parcel is not collected it will be returned to our warehouse. Once it has returned we will initiate a new shipping bill. Upon competition of the shipping payment we will re-ship your parcel. 

 

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

•    Orders will be dispatched from our factory within 15 business days of placing the order. Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment through the latest updates provided by the shipping carrier.
•     Orders are typically in transit internationally for around 10 days. 
•    We provide shipping globally which is done via the following courier partners: DHL. Please note that these are third party vendors and do not represent Anahata Organic directly.
•    Our website is enabled only for India, UAE ,Australia, Canada, Singapore, United Kingdom and USA. For customers from other countries, please place an order via Whatsapp: ‪+91-9924460065‬, Instagram: @anahata_organic or Email: info@anahataorganic.com
•    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on your delivery location & shipment weight & value. 
•    Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
•    These charges will have to be paid by the consignee. The brand is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
•    The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value does not include these charges.
•    Customers are kindly responsible for any customs or import charges required by their country.

Customers ordering from outside India are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local government fees applicable upon delivery in their destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier or customs office.
