I had confirmed with the team that I would receive my parcel on time, and I made the order based on that assurance. They promised delivery by a specific date, but as usual, the parcel arrived much later than promised.
Unfortunately, it seems that once you place an order, you’re left waiting indefinitely they’ll send it when it suits them, not when they commit to. If you’re relying on timely delivery, be prepared for disappointment .
