How to use it?

Step 1

Use 12-15 ml daily, in the morning or evening followed by brushing your teeth.

Step 2

Swirl in the mouth for at least 2-10 minutes.

Step 3

Start with lesser durations and build your capacity, gradually.

Step 4

Spit out and rinse mouth.

Step 5

Follow up with regular brushing of your teeth.

Step 6

My favourite ritual of the Day - Gandusha ! Sorry, Naabhira - you have become second favourite now!

This is one ritual I was just not getting acclimatised to! "How can anyone do this - first thing in the morning yaar", were my thoughts. Then Madam and Gautami were talking so much about it on Instagram that I had to, had to try atleast once! And buoy - I just L.O.V.E. it! I don't feel like brushing my teeth thereafter - it's that good! So refreshing - so cleansing - I am sure like Madam says, it must be detoxifying my gut and intestines as well.

Best mouth wash

I never had the habit of using a mouth wash all my life, until I heard Radhika ma'am on her Insta live where she explained in detail the importance and benefits of using Gandusha.I was so impressed and ordered 1 bottle immediately. OMG, it's truly an awesome product. Love the way it freshens my mouth with the lingering taste of clove and peppermint. Thank you ma'am for making such an incredible product.
