

How to use it?
Step 1
Step 1: For every 1 cup of the jowar idli mix, add a mix of curd & water in 80:20 ratio

Step 2: Mix till it forms an idli batter type consistency. Pro Tip: You can add ENO or fruit salt as well for texture

Step 3: You can add fresh corriander & vegetables if you like
Step 4
Step 4: Pour the batter in an idli maker and steam for 20-30 minutes. Pro Tip: Dont forget to oil the mould slightly

Step 5: Enjoy hot with Anahata's molugapodi or coconut chutney.
