How to use it?
Step 1
Use 12-15 ml daily, in the morning or evening followed by brushing your teeth.
Step 2
Swirl in the mouth for at least 2-10 minutes.
Step 3
Start with lesser durations and build your capacity, gradually.
Step 4
Spit out and rinse mouth.
Step 5
Follow up with regular brushing of your teeth.

I have recently starting using the Gandusha oil for oil pulling to maintain healthy oral hygiene. It is just very pleasant and refreshing and do not give me nausea. I am very happy with the results. I use to do oil pulling with sesame and coconut oil but I could not keep the oil for a minute, but this one is really nice with peppermint and eucalyptus. Great product.
