This sweet and sour pickle comes from a traditional recipe and is sun-cooked to give a delicious flavor. The pickle is kept in the sun for 30 days to ‘cook’ and is cooled indoors at dusk. The heat from the sun makes it nutritious and one-of-a-kind, accentuating the flavours of succulent mangoes, brown sugar and earthy spices. There are zero preservatives and no added flavors in this pickle. Vegan and Gluten-Free.
